Very good breakfast, nice touch is serving prosecco with it. What we found most impressive about this hotel is the staff. Everyone we came across were friendly and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Well done to all the staff.

First of all, I would like to extend my gratitude to all the staff of the hotel specially to Mr. Laszlow (I’m not sure if I spelled it correctly). He helped us during check-in and he was really friendly and accomodating. He also gave us some recommendations about places to visit around Budapest. I stayed at the hotel over my birthday and I was surprised when they gave me a cake and a bottle of wine for my birthday. I have stayed at various hotels over my birthday in the past few years but wasn’t given a birthday treat like Bo18 so I wasn’t really expecting that. It made me really happy! I love the breakfast as well only downside is there are no hot chocolate option but that’s not a massive issue. I guess it’s not really a popular breakfast hot drink compare to the usual tea/coffee. The room is spacious and the bed was very comfy. I love the minibar too! Not all hotels have that feature and it’s a big plus for me. Overall, our stay was very good and we enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed roaming around Budapest.

Firstly the staff at the hotel were amazing. On arrival they gave us all the information we could ever need and were always ready to help with any questions we had. The hotel maxi bar had snacks and drinks at reasonable prices which was very convenient. The breakfast was great and even had a chocolate fountain on the weekends. We were here for the Sziget festival and local transport was super easy and close. The hotel is also near a nice area for shopping and food.

Very good hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. We get free water and coffee every day. Breakfast quite good, with several options. A small spa in available for quests.

The property is well situated close to trams, buses and a fantastic shopping complex. Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in, from the moment you walk in you notice the decor and comfort your going to experience in the room. The room was spacious and well appointed. Excellent heating and most comfortable bed and pillows. The reception staff were the best for service and friendliness, the Buffett breakfast was delicious, fresh each morning great variety and the waiters and waitresses welcoming each morning with a smile and greeting with first name. Highly recommended on your next Budapest adventure

The hotel was superb, spotlessly clean. The room was just perfect with tea,coffee facilities, and a mini fridge. The breakfast was fantastic, and I had excellent choices for hot and cold buffets. The cappuccino is great, and the prosecco 🥂 an added touch. Downstairs, the sauna room was a lovely escape from sightseeing, and the lobby bar was cosy. Situated 3 metro stops from the centre within walking distance (5 minutes) a bonus, I hate walking! All in all would highly recommend the Bo18 for a holiday.

Where to begin..... EVERYTHING.... upon arrival we got help from Lazlo regarding parking at their parking lot, our car was safe and secure during our stay. In the lobby, there is free tea, you can make a cup and enjoy. In our room we also had a kettle to make tea all day and tea bags were refilled every morning. We never tried the coffee machine and the capsules, didn't have the time. Small bottles of mineral and regular water were also there each morning for us to use. Rooms cleaned and towels changed every morning too. The breakfast was pure heaven, honestly there was so much to choose from. The coffee machine made a perfect cappuccino. Salads, fruits, bagels... all fresh and delicious. I really was speechless and I am sure we gained a few kilos. Location - wonderful, 1min on foot from Corvin Plaza, 30mins from downtown. We explored all on foot as planned. Beds and pillows are extra comfortable and the bathroom was a delight with a real detached blow dryer in our room ( women know the difference) and a magnifying glass 😀. In addition, our room plan included usage of the fitness centre and a spa, but we had no time for it. We did receive slippers and bathrobes but never used that, sorry. We plan to visit Budapest again and we will not change the hotel.

Our Christmas stay at Bo18 Hotel Superior was great. The team is really warm and welcoming and they tried to accommodate all our needs. Because of the difficult dates, many services were not available around the city but the hotel was very helpful and gave us lots of information and tips. They were also extremely attentive and left a Birthday present for one of us in the room without us even reminding them! Really truly a great team and a great experience overall.

Comfortable rooms with a pretty modern look, shower and TV Hotel is small but cozy, good breakfast (even if not amazing) impressive that they have a gym and sauna, even if small Staff is always smiling and helpful

We were welcomed in a very friendly manner by the reception staff. Since we arrived early in the morning, we asked for early check-in, which was made possible. The room turned out to be spacious, very clean and equipped with a small good fridge and kettle. The breakfast was super and the breakfast staff was very engaged and welcoming. We enjoyed the offered sparkling wine daily for breakfast. The staff even prepared a birthday surprise. There is a spa area, but Budapest kept us busy enough to have no time for it :-).
